We’re Maja and Jake, a husband-and-wife team and the heart behind ABODI — a boutique agency born from our shared love of beautiful spaces, thoughtful design, and genuine connection.

Our story began long before ABODI had a name. After meeting years ago, we quickly discovered a shared passion for travel, design, and creating spaces that make people feel at home. From charming apartments to seaside villas, our adventures around the world inspired us to blend our experiences and turn our ideas into something meaningful.

When we eventually settled in this stunning corner of the world, it felt like coming full circle. Our family has been rooted in the area for nearly 30 years, and over time, it’s become an incredibly special place for both of us. With such a strong connection to the community and a deep appreciation for the lifestyle here, it felt only natural to build something of our own — something that reflects both our love for the area and our passion for people.

We also noticed a real gap in the local market: property owners, buyers, and renters were looking for a service that felt truly personal — one that combined professional expertise with genuine care. So, we decided to create exactly that. And that’s how ABODI came to life.

Together, we bring a mix of skills that complement each other perfectly — Maja’s eye for interiors and branding meets Jake’s love for people, property, and connection. Alongside property sales, rentals, and management, we also offer interior design and styling services, helping each home tell its own story and reach its full potential.
